App vs. browser on pacinko
The pacinko app caches game assets locally, so slots and live-dealer tables load faster on repeat visits. Push notifications alert you to withdrawals, login attempts from new devices, and live events (Liga 1 kickoff, Piala AFF finals, esports tournaments). The app also stores your session, so you stay logged in even if you close it. Browser access works on any device — desktop, tablet, or phone — but requires re-login after clearing cookies. Both paths use the same account, balance, and transaction history. Choose the app for speed and notifications; choose the browser if you prefer not to install software or want to access pacinko from a shared device.
Device compatibility for pacinko
We support Android 7.0 and above on phones and tablets. On iOS, Safari works on iOS 12 and above — this includes iPhone 5s and newer. If your device is older, you can still access pacinko through a desktop browser. We test pacinko on common devices (Samsung Galaxy, Xiaomi, Oppo, iPhone 11 and newer) and optimize for screen sizes from 4.5 inches to 6.5 inches. Tablets work too, though the interface is optimized for portrait orientation on phones.
Mobile-first means we design for your phone first, then scale up to desktop — not the other way around.
Troubleshooting common pacinko installation issues
On Android, if you see "Unknown sources" error, go to Settings → Apps & notifications → Advanced → Special app access → Install unknown apps, then select your browser and toggle "Allow from this source." If the APK won't install, check that you have at least 50 MB free storage. On iOS, if "Add to Home Screen" doesn't appear, swipe up from the bottom of Safari and tap the share icon, then scroll to find "Add to Home Screen." If pacinko won't load in Safari, clear cookies: Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data. If you see a certificate warning, this is normal for the first visit — tap "Continue" to proceed. If the app crashes on startup, restart your phone and try again.
Data, permissions, and account security on pacinko

If you lose your phone, log in from another device and change your password immediately. Your account balance and transaction history are synced in real time across all devices. We do not store payment card details on your phone — deposits are processed through secure payment gateways (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet).
